Go Beyond Useful Operating Guides are digital products delivered through your account. Here is what to expect after checkout.

How purchases work

1. Choose an Operating Guide and complete checkout securely through Stripe.
2. After payment, return to Go Beyond Useful and create an account or log in.
3. Use the same email address you entered at Stripe checkout.
4. Once Stripe confirms the purchase, the guide appears under My Guides.
5. Select Download Guide to securely download your PDF.

If your guide does not appear

Confirm that you are logged in with the same email used at checkout. Payment confirmation can occasionally take a moment, so refresh My Guides after a short wait. If you used a different email, made a typo, or still do not see the guide, contact support so we can review the purchase.

Download problems

Try signing out and back in, then return to My Guides. If the download still fails, tell us which guide you purchased, what device or browser you are using, and what message you see.

Contact support

Visit the Contact page or email support. Include your checkout email and approximate purchase date, but do not send your password or full card number.
